Technical Project Manager

We are a seven year old technology company who continue to grow. We focus on loyalty technology and the data that it provides, leveraging our leading transactional Software as a Service platform.

We're looking for a new Technical Project Manager. Someone who can help manage some of our client projects covering technical integration through a loyalty and CRM journey, always thinking of the best way to leverage our technologies to meet the client's needs. If you are energetic and have great interest and experience in technical project management, this role is for you!

You will be part of the delivery team, based in Barbican London reporting directly into the COO. There will be lots of hands on work and occasional travel to client sites.

Technical Project Manager responsibilities:

Taking ownership of existing and future projects from requirement gathering and definition through to delivery

*

Responsibility of Coniq, client and 3rd party system integrations

*

Monitoring and maintaining project progress, covering risks, assumptions, issues and decisions

*

Reporting project status using agreed tools and methodologies

*

Managing 3rd party relationships and project dependencies

*

Liaising with internal teams internationally

*

Occasional overseas travel to assist with deployments

About our ideal Technical Project Manager candidate:

2-5 years' experience in technical project management

*

Superior organisation and time management skills

*

Great technology interest and understanding

*

Understanding of the concepts of agile development through scrum

*

Excellent verbal and written communication

*

Strong problem solving and logical process skills

*

Experience using platforms such as Jira, Slack and Confluence a bonus
