Are you a skilled Developer, looking to deploy your expertise, technical knowledge and logical software engineering skills to a large scale Microsoft Dynamics Programme?

Are you interested in a true opportunity to utilise your development background to come in and gain exposure to Microsoft's cloud offering, and contribute heavily towards a project roll out to over 1000 group-wide users?

Do you want to work for a company where you can make a difference?

Well this might just be the role for you, because due to project expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client's IT Development Team as an ICT Developer, based in their Boston office.

The Role

The main focus of the ICT Developer role will be working within a small team contributing towards the technical delivery of the Microsoft Dynamics Programme, an initiative which commenced at the beginning of 2019 to migrate and consolidate a plethora of systems, spreadsheets and miscellaneous solutions over to the Dynamics Cloud stack.

This represents a huge opportunity for someone with a development background to come in and gain exposure to Microsoft's cloud offering, working with Customer Engagement (CE / CRM), Unified Operations (FO / UO), Talent, the Power Platform and SharePoint across themes of business processes, integration, mobile working and business intelligence.

Their Current Technology stack:
  • Dynamics Customer Engagement
  • Dynamics Unified Operations
  • Dynamics Talent
  • The Power Platform (PowerApps, Flow, Power BI)
  • SharePoint Online
  • Office 365 Inc. Microsoft Teams
  • Azure
  • Microsoft SQL Server (SQL Server Management Studio, SSIS, SSRS)
  • Visual Studio (Inc. Dev Ops)
  • Integration Tools

The successful ICT Developer will be based in Boston at least 3 days per week.

About You

Their ideal ICT Developer will possess at least 2 years in a development or similar role (i.e. App or Web Programmer - C# / VB.Net / ASP.Net, Systems Engineer, Systems Analyst, etc.) with knowledge of programming and software development lifecycles.

Ideally you'll already have some exposure to Dynamics, although this isn't essential should they find someone with the right characteristics and experience. You should have a strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously or within a team and be an effective communicator.

So, if you want to be at the forefront of change and innovation at an exciting time for their business and truly want to make a difference, they look forward to meeting you!
