We have an unrivalled opportunity at the moment to working within various departments across the school as a teaching assistant. This is a fulltime opportunity for an aspiring teaching assistant however the school will also consider part-time applicants. This school is ideally looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ability to assist all subjects to KS3 & KS4 standards
  • Assisting the class teacher in managing the classroom
  • Help to manage classes in a behaviourally challenging environment
  • An open minded approach to modern teaching methods

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Eligibility to work within the UK or a UK Citizen
  • A minimum of 12 months experience working within an SEN department
  • Two references covering the last two years
  • Current DBS holder that is listed on the update service
