Probably not what you want to hear when you've travelled miles to a stunning hotel for a peaceful weekend break, is it? The reception team haven't got a clue how to fix it and everything starts spiralling.

When you go away you expect things to be running smoothly. You don't factor in real-life problems or situations out of peoples control. A lot is out of the remit of the wider hotel team, so they will rely on you and your department to have everything back up and running as quickly as possible.

It saves them the hassle, the guests time, and you the worry of someone doing something they shouldn't to try and help.

Software has become an integral part in enhancing the customer experience across all sectors, and hospitality is no exception.

This is where you come in.

Your knowledge and experience of using and implementing IT systems and Microsoft Tools means you'll be able to provide first-class support to all end users.

Not everyone is savvy when it comes to IT, so you'll need to be patient and understanding, two great traits to hold. You'll be able to translate technical jargon into easily understood and simple language, to get everyone from A to B as quickly as possible.

Got a Cisco CCNA or similar qualification? Great, because that's what you'll need. Got an ITIL Foundation qualification as well? Even better.

Your previous experience supporting, and even leading projects means any large-scale fixes and upgrades will be in very capable hands.

You'll get a salary of £30,000, so if that suits your expectations then I'd love to talk to you.
