Do you love to teach and thrives of taking small booster/intervention sessions?

Celsian Education is working with a forward-thinking primary school in Chesterfield to recruit an engaging Primary Teacher to take small groups and working 1:1 to boost Key Stage 2 SAT's results. This role starts after October half-term until May 2020.

You will be working with 2 class teachers to plan and deliver intervention sessions to pupils of all abilities in Year 5 and Year 6. You will need to engage children of all levels and provide early intervention for those struggling. SPAG experience is beneficial but not essential.

You will be working in a primary school that is dedicated to providing the highest quality education to develop young minds, they are eager to meet any teachers that share that passion as well as ensuring pupils are ready to start their final year in primary education. If you have the ability to motivate young minds and available full time for long-term work, we want to hear from you.

Essentials:

- Be eligible to work in the UK

- Primary Specialism B.Ed., PGCE, CertEd, Learners First, SCITT, Teach First and hold QTS status

- Excellent understanding of the primary curriculum

- Experience of supporting SEND in a mainstream setting

- Be confident, passionate and highly motivated

- Have empathy, patience and the drive to make a difference
