As Finance Assistant you will be part of the Income Team responsible for accurate processing of all income on our housing management system and providing support to the wider finance team and the business for sales ledger and rent accounting and administration.
To be considered for the role of Finance Assistant, you will:

- Be a well organised, flexible individual

- Have a good knowledge and experience of accounting and financial administration and processes

- Be numerical with excellent communication skills

- Have good attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure

- Have experience in working to deadlines and prioritising workloads

- Be a positive individual with a 'can do' attitude

- Experience working with computerised accounting systems (D)

- Strong administration skills with good MS Office experience

- Ideally hold an AAT qualfication, although this is not essential

- Experience of working within a Finance Team (D)
