The Learning Centre Assistant is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the Student Services department, where you will provide high quality customer service and support to learners in independent study time at their College Learning Centre. Working with learners individually and in groups, you will provide support for their learning, development and progression; in addition to maintaining a user friendly and efficient learning environment. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a flexible approach to working practices. You will also have great interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate young people.
