Description

HR Systems Manager - SuccessFactors

SuccessFactors Subject Matter Expert (who sits within the HR function reporting to the Group HR Director)

  • Manage Themes and the Home Page (the look and feel of the system)


  • Assign and remove Proxy Access


  • Assign and maintain role based permissions for HR and line managers


  • Drive continued rollout of Customised Time Off Configuration


  • Launch and administer Goal Setting and Performance Review (PMGM) forms in the system in conjunction with HR lifecycle calendar


  • Deliver Custom Built reports and support standard reporting creation in region and country


  • Own training associated to administration tools, goal and performance management including creation of training materials


  • Create and distribute reference sheets for main functions and process flow charts for problem resolution


  • Train the trainer (HR Managers in country) and provide additional ongoing training support expertise


  • Modify workflow notifications and alerts


  • Collect and migrate data into SF as new acquisitions are onboarded; co-ordinate data validation


  • Act as master data manager globally


  • Maintain dropdown lists and manage company settings in the system associated to fields as required to be changed


  • Drive standard functional modifications to the system (out of the box)


  • Personalise changes in line with local legislation requirements at a functional level as required


  • Lead and co-ordinate on-going system testing


  • Be the primary Point of Contact with AKT (3rd party support vendor) for escalation issues


  • Help troubleshoot system errors associated to the system, including escalating to AKT and SuccessFactors through their ticketing system to establish the desired resolutions


Profile

Experience required for the HR Systems Manager - SuccessFactors in London:
  • Significant experience with SuccessFactors and training


  • Must have experience solid experience in the Employee Central and Performance & Goals Modules


  • Must have experience in delivering training in Employee Central and Performance & Goals Modules to the users


  • Must be able to design and develop training manuals


  • Must have exposure to working across multiple countries


  • Must be the central contact between the users and the external vendor company


  • Must have strong technical experience in SF


  • Communication skills are critical
