Job Title - Business Systems Manager
Salary - Between £35k - £42k depending on experience
Location - North Nottinghamshire

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Systems Manager to join a well-established and reputable company based in North Nottinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished product owner to advance their career within I.T management

This company offers flexible working hours (37 hours per week) with the possibility of working remotely 1 day a week, 27.5 days holiday a year + bank holidays and a bonus structure

The role of Business Systems Manager will include:

Managing existing systems including procurement, HR and finance system dealing with any user issues, system errors and new starters. Implementing system changes, providing training for changes made and providing correspondence to ensure all users are getting the best out of the systems. Development and support of the systems taking on board any user issues, stakeholder opinions or solutions and delivering on their needs whilst seeking out constant improvement.

Continuously developing and communicating the vision to stakeholders and suppliers and understanding stakeholders needs to develop and validate solutions

Develop and maintain roadmaps for the systems, which illustrates at a high level how features are intended to be implemented over time and the value they will deliver
Working with ICT and technical teams to ensure that the product roadmap aligns with the digital strategy and complies with government standards, to arrange for the release of software into the live system and to co-ordinate internal business teams to test releases of software
Own delivery of the product roadmap - Clearly expressing product backlog items, ordering the products in the product backlog to best achieve outputs, objectives and benefits and ensuring the product backlog is visible, transparent and clear to all
Internal and external supplier engagement
Market awareness, having an understanding of which products and upgrades are available to meet the needs of the business
Ensuring documentation is updated and stored correctly and following system software releasesThe ideal candidate will be an experianced Business Systems Manager with the ability to hit the ground running!
