The Role
  • As part of the Customer Success Team, you will be an ambassador for the company and product at all times, working closely with our users to become part of their team
  • You will be responsible for the on boarding and ongoing support of our Digital Care Assistant to new users. Visiting customer sites, understanding their environment and helping them to embed this new technology into their way of working
  • Responsible for designing, writing and delivering engagement and training activities, ensuring that these are tailored for each setting
  • Helping doctors, nurses, care workers, police officers and prison guards to name a few. A diverse customer base means you will need to be able to adapt and think on your feet!
  • Working closely with the project team to ensure a successful implementation for every customer. As we continue to grow quickly, so will the number of simultaneous roll-outs
  • Monitoring usage and running regular reviews to ensure that customers are utilising the technology to its full potential, including attending regular meetings and preparing occasional reports
  • Shadowing customers to understand more about the role of the Digital Care Assistant and future product developments
  • Ensuring compliance and adherence to industry specific codes, customer KPIs, schedules, internal procedures and updates

Who are we looking for?

Whilst there are a key set of skills we are looking for, most importantly we want someone who is truly passionate about the product, the benefits it can deliver and the impact it will continue to have on the healthcare profession. Whilst previous relevant experience is advantageous, we will offer additional support and training for the right candidate.
  • An excellent all-round communicator with the ability to win hearts and minds
  • The ability to coach end users and to identify areas where more support is required
  • You must be able to offer empathy and build rapport with end users, with a genuine interest in what they do
  • Good listening
  • Strong curiosity - always asking questions to understand more
  • Highly energetic, passionate and resilient
  • Highly organised as you will be responsible for multiple customers at one time
  • You must be comfortable working in hospitals, care homes and prisons. Therefore you will be required to undertake a DBS check if you do not already hold valid clearance
  • Previous experience in a clinical or care setting advantageous
  • You must be flexible and will be required to travel to customer sites up to a few days each week (travel paid)
