Salary: £10-12 P/H depending on experience

Hours: 08.30 - 3.30

Suitable candidates:

Suitable candidates will have an appropriate qualification in SEND or previous experience of working with young people with challenging behaviours. You will have characteristics including honesty, empathy, teamwork, innovation, resilience and reliability. You will have good interpersonal and organisational skillsKey Requirements:

Full driving licence and use of own vehicle
Experience of working with challenging behaviours
Understanding of SEMH
Good level of English, Maths and ICT
Fresh ideas and a good insight into how to support pupils and teachers
Willing to learn teaching strategies and support techniques
Proactive, creative and innovative
Emotionally robust and resilient
Flexible, engaging and adaptableFor safeguarding, references will be taken up before the interview and successful applicants will require an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
