Service Desk Team Leader required for Service Desk Team Leader opportunity in London.

This position has come about via internal expansion of the team. The previous post holder has progressed in the IT department to a new area, leaving the door open for a suitable candidate to come in as the most senior 1st line support analyst.

The essential skills for this role are:
  • Line management experience - appraisals, 1-1 mentoring etc.
  • Desktop Operating systems software
  • Windows 10
  • Windows 7
  • Microsoft Office support
  • Strong interpersonal skills

As Team Lead you will have the responsibility to coach and mentor 6 Service Desk Analyst.

The organisation has undergone a lot of change in recent times. This has led to many projects for this person to be involved with, along with the rest of the level of support in the wider team.

No on-call is essential in the role, although it is there for those who want to make extra money in overtime.
