A fiercely independent creative agency based just outside Nottingham is looking for a super talented Account Manager to join its client services team. This agency works with retail and consumer brands across a variety of sectors including health and beauty, lifestyle, interiors and FMCG. You'll see their highly creative campaigns on every UK high street but they also have a global remit working across the world with their international brands.

About the role

This role will see you leading client relationships, managing a client base of high-profile retail and consumer brands, their client base truly is unrivalled in the area. You'll have the support of a brilliantly talented senior team and a bunch of creatives that are really pushing boundaries to help you to create and oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns that are rolled out in-store, online and in print. No two days will be the same, you'll be managing client relationships, writing creative briefs, involving yourself in the brainstorming process and pitching ideas to your clients, then managing the delivery of these campaigns ensuring internal teams are working to brief and budget.

Who we're looking for

This fab agency is looking for a candidate who has a broad marketing background and understands how to get a brands story out across all touch points; you could have an agency or client side background with experience working on retail or consumer brands. You'll need to be an excellent communicator both internally and externally, a great relationship builder and able to remain calm under pressure. Client experience must be at the heart of everything you do, along with a confident attitude, team approach and love of brand comms.
