Are you an experienced change delivery manager?

Do you have strong experience of collaborating with 3rd parties?

If the answer is yes then I am keen to speak with you about a new Outcome delivery manager role with my exciting life and pensions client based in Stirling during an interesting and fast paced period of change.

For this role you should be very experienced of managing large scale change initiatives and have experience of collaborating with (not managing) 3rd party providers.

What will you be doing?
  • Use your experience to adopt and shape the approach to change delivery through the 3rd party partnership model.
  • Drive the delivery of transformational change and business outcomes, keeping the customer at the forefront of the decisioning process.
  • Collaborate with SME's, internal stakeholders and 3rd parties to apply a commercial mind-set to issues and opportunities, ensuring that budgets and timescales are adhered to.
  • Identify and manage risks to ensure that you successfully deliver business outcomes buy managing delivery teams.

What do you need to have?
  • Excellent proven track record of managing change delivery and collaborating with 3rd
  • Strong experience of delivering large scale change deliveries.
  • Strong conflict resolution and obstacle eradication abilities within complex and sometimes ambiguous circumstances.
  • Proven track record of delivering digital change initiatives.
  • Ideally experience of the financial services and life and pensions sectors and the regulations within them.
  • Knowledge of project constraints, risk management principles and planning processes.
