Sewell Wallis are currently recruiting for an Income Office on behalf of our client who are based near Shipley to join them on a fixed temporary basis of 3 months to support them during a busy period, however there could be a possibility for a permanent role for the right person.
The successful person will ideally have experience in a similar role and have good customer service skills.

This role is part-time equating to 21 hours per week - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Location: Near Shipley
Salary: £10.50 - £12.50 per hour, dependent on experience

Duties:
* Engaging with customers to manage debt and tenancy agreements
* Building relationships to ensure customers engage with you throughout their journey with the business
* Maintaining working relationships with external businesses and agencies to aid the customers
* Providing in-depth debt and income knowledge to customers when prompted
* Responsibly manage your budget effectively
* Ensure all targets are met; if not, ensure plans are in place to recover any performance failings
* Manage any customer queries and escalate to other departments when necessary
