Hays Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be recruiting for a temporary Finance Administrator for a large organisation based in Lincoln.

Your new role
In your new role as temporary finance administrator you will be responsible for processing purchase ledger invoices and dealing with queries. You will maintaining the accounts the systems recording all claims/invoices received (and processed). You will required to prepare and code appropriate payments and resolve queries regarding payments claimed or invoiced. You will be a key member of the team and asked to undertake any ad hoc finance administration duties as required of the team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be immediately available for this role is looking for an immediate start initially for 3 months and potentially 6 months. You will need to have mid-high volume purchase ledger or accounts payable experience. You will need to have excellent organisational and communication skills.
