Office Angels and partner have teamed up to recruit a superstar like you to join their Finance Department as a Payroll Assistant! This fantastic organisation is offering an opportunity not to be missed. With an excellent support system, you will grow and develop your existing skills along with gaining valuable experience in such a rewarding environment.

You will be responsible for -

Over 100 employees monthly payroll collating all timesheets, overtime and expenses on a weekly basis.
Efficiently and accurately processing all payroll.
Liaise with department managers ensuring approval is received for each timesheet.
Work alongside Finance colleagues ensuring data is accurate on staff ROTA system.
Abide by regulations provided regarding WTR
Data InputIdeal Candidate -

Previous payroll experience
Experience with cloud-based system (desired)
Excellent organisation & attention to detail
Ability to adapt
Strong communication skillsSalary - £21.5k-£22k

Hours - M-F

9am - 5pm
