Customer Insight Analyst
As our team expands, we are on now recruiting a Customer Insight Analyst to join us here at N Brown. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver insights that will support our goal of being the globally loved experts in fashion that ; You will be working across our websites and marketing campaigns as well as the wider business using a variety of tools and techniques to work with large datasets to provide commercially sound ; Your role as Customer Analyst here at N Brown: Supporting and partnering with the brand's decision-makers to ensure timely, comprehensive and insightful information that delivers business impact. Supporting product and forecasting processes with analytics. Working on projects from initial analysis to implementation. Translating broad requests into specific technical requirements. Delivering reports as and when required. What you will need to succeed as a Customer Insight Analyst: A proven track of experience in data and analytics. The ability to engage, influence and manage stakeholders well. The ability to translate technical analysis and relate it to your audience. To be a good problem solver and solutions orientated. Degree/MSc qualified or equivalent within a relevant discipline (Mathematics, Science, IT etc). Experience of Google Analytics (or similar Adobe analytics).
