Support Worker Role Are you already working in care and looking to join a service that is ahead of the game? Are you looking for a rewarding career? Do you like a challenge? Then you might be the Support Worker we're looking for to help us deliver high quality care to our clients! -Previous care experience or qualification in Health and Social Care is preferred but is not essential. The Role To enable our clients to achieve meaningful and rewarding live by: Delivering person centred care to promote greater independence and the best opportunity of an ordinary life Enabling people to have a quality lifestyle Advocating on behalf of the client Working as part of our dedicated, friendly and supportive team This is a full-time post of hours; however, part-time hours can be discussed. Plus a sleep-in duty arranged on a rota basis. Hours are worked in accordance with a 2-weekly rota. Early shifts, late shifts, 12 hour shifts and sleep in duties are undertaken fairly across the team. (Sleep in duties do not occur more than once per week and are paid in addition to your salary) Salary is £16, per annum, (£ per hour) (inclusive of unsocial hours', enhancements, not inclusive of sleep-in duty pay). THIS POST IS SUBJECT TO A DISCLOSURE & BARRING SERVICE (DBS) ENHANCED DISCLOSURE.
