Customer Success Manager - Cisco - Collaboration, Security, Networking

My client is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their rapidly growing business focusing on providing Enterprise Communications and Collaboration services to organisations on an International scale.

•Customer Success

•Account Management

•Build relationships with potential clients

•Early engagement / Pre-Sales to understand business needs and assist in developing proposals to meet those needs.

•Manage a pipeline of opportunities.

Skills and Experience

Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate the following key skills.

•Experience gained working in an IT reseller, distributor, Cloud/Hosting provider or Unified Communications company

•Basic knowledge of Unified Communications, Networking, Cloud services and associated technologies.

•Account and business development skills.

•Professional demeanour and high levels of self-motivation.

•Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

•Able to work as part of a team and where required on your own to deliver projects to agreed timelines
