A fast-growing technology organisation, which is the leader in cloud-based solutions for the management of professional services companies, are seeking a Lead Functional Consultant to join their customer success team. As a Lead Functional Implementation Consultant you will take ownership of projects and play key role in driving the successful adoption of the platform, helping customers realise the benefits of our clients market leading SaaS solution.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the successful adoption and exploitation of the platform
  • Provide domain knowledge and expertise to support the sales team
  • Lead the facilitation of client workshops & conference room pilots to develop, understand and document client requirements
  • Define the implementation plan and leading the development of configuration documents
  • Configure our clients application to meet the customer requirements
  • Perform Quality Assurance checks for implementations
  • Provide ongoing functional support to customers across the platform but also developing subject matter expertise for the capabilities of the platform
  • Support the on-going evolution of the platform
  • Work closely with the Support, Technical Services, Development and Product team
  • Lead and Mentor junior members of the team

  • In depth knowledge of complex business applications (ERP/CRM) with experience of the implementation phases of modules such as finance, time, resourcing, scheduling and CRM or knowledge of salesforce
  • Client workshop and training facilitation experience
  • Technical ability to manage the configuration of complex business processes
  • Appreciation for the operational nuances of consulting & professional services environments
  • Excellent communication skills


Additional Information
  • Salary Range: £80,000 - £90,000 per annum dependant on background and experience plus a comprehensive range of employee benefits
  • Applicants must have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom and will be required to partake in pre-employment background checking
  • Candidate should be flexible and able to travel to meet clients and collaborate with colleagues
  • Base Location: London, SE1
