The function is designing and delivering digital products and experiences for over 25 million customers world wide, mainly focusing on Mobile and digital messaging to better engage customers and improving platforms to deliver innovative propositions to keep up with the pace of digital change in a mobile, data driven world.

As the business lead for the area, this person will have excellent experience within the digital and data realms of marketing and will drive a personal experience for its customers via their paid media channels. This will drive digital sales as a result and allow for the continued growth of the business.

The key responsibilities for the role are as follows:

  • Ensuring relevant segments and audiences are available for stakeholders to target and consequently achieve their objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for programmatic activity and other paid digital display and search activities.
  • Create Segment level media analysis and design, build implement measurable campaigns and performance improvement driven by their audience management software
  • Design, build and execute best in class paid media

As a result, my client is looking for the following experience
  • An excellent data & analytical background with a strong track record in customer segmentation
  • An excellent understanding of Data Management Platforms (preferably audience manager), cookie-based targeting and data aggregation
  • Strong data & analytical background for trait/segment creation and optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of the end-to-end marketing mix, with experience across digital and data-driven media.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Audience Manager
  • Experience of Adobe Marketing Cloud products, particularly Adobe Analytics is preferable.
  • Solid understanding of paid media campaigns
  • Experience with managing large scale datasets and managing 1st, 2nd 3rd party data opportunities
  • Proven experience in biddable media and digital campaign optimization
