  • Reports directly to the Studio Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
  • To deliver all workouts in line with all work-out protocols
  • Responsible for selling the brands' unique offerings, workouts, homecare products- within the studio and when promoting the brand front of house
  • Proactively be aware of the power of body language, rapport building, mirroring and matching behaviours with every customer, adapting selling and customer service tools to different customer profiles and offering 5-star service to everyone
  • Having the confidence to overcome selling challenges & ability to create retail theatre to attract and entice customers, incorporating the client journey, brand story whilst engaging with customers.
  • Maintain an exceptional customer experience at every touch point of the customer journey
  • Responsible for meeting retail and service individual targets and KPI's (key performance indicators)
  • Ensuring work stations are clean and presentable stocked with the necessary products and tools/equipment required to carry out the full range of workouts and necessary tasks
  • To have a strong focus on maximising retail potential and client retention
  • Building and constantly updating your own knowledge on skincare, products and treatments
  • Ensuring all Health & Safety guidelines are adhered to in relation to the sterilisation and storage of all equipment
  • Ensuring a high standard of personal hygiene is maintained; grooming guidelines followed, and emphasis is placed on cleanliness as in close contact with clients
  • Leading by example at all times ensuring that you portray a professional image and conduct yourself in a manner that represents the brand at a high standard
  • Establishing an effective working relationship with full team and management
  • Being skillful on Zenoti system booking system
  • Operating efficiently point of sale systems, card machines and tills
  • Building and constantly updating knowledge on skincare, products and workouts
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with all the team, Studio Manager and management
  • To confidently manage and overcome customer complaints and challenges in the studio and elevating any issues to the management team to help smooth running of business
  • Being a positive, motivated and well-informed team player
  • Working and supporting across locations and sites to further support and drive the business
  • Using learning from each site to further develop your clients experience in store

ESSENTIAL SKILLS and Abilities
  • NVQ3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent
  • Hands on experience with customers, being able to accommodate and flex to their needs
  • Previous experience working within beauty, retail and spa
  • Enjoys exploring opportunities and using own initiative
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A team player with inspirational social skills
  • Articulate and a confident communicator
physical Demands
The ability to stay calm and positive during busy days

To stand or walk throughout the 6-8-hour shift
working environment
You may be required to travel and work at other studios and locations to meet the business needs nationally and internationally.
