Field Care Supervisor- Wickford- £18-20K

We are currently seeking a hands-on individual that is responsible for ensuring quality service delivery of Domiciliary Care to Service Users and supporting Carers in the Wickford area.

If you have a background in care work or have worked for a very fast paced Domiciliary Provider then I would really love to hear from you.

For this role, you will need to be flexible and be able to adhere to a two-week rota covering shifts from 7am-10pm, Monday- Sunday. You will also need to have a Full UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle.

Roles and Responsibilities Include-
  • Responsible for ensuring Service Users are receiving the care and support they expect and deserve.
  • Undertake care calls, providing person-centred care in line with the care plans and needs assessments.
  • Liaise with the Service User directly, both at the commencement of the service and for its duration. This will involve conducting assessments and reviewing on a regular basis how the service is delivered.
  • Assist the Branch Manager in auditing the standard of service delivered to Service User by conducting spot checks, undertaking client satisfaction questionnaires, attending review meetings and updating care plans as required.
  • Responsible for supervising and monitoring Carers and Support Workers, assisting with induction, training and on-boarding for new carers and ensuring that they are always adhering to high standards.
  • New Service User Assessments, creating person-centred care plans and overseeing the start of the service. Management of any risks to service users and staff. To take part in the on-call rota, covering all on-call duties in a rota system as required.

Our ideal candidate-
  • Qualified care worker with all relevant training certificates obtained and up-to-date.
  • Background in Care work and a good understanding of the social care sector.
