IT Support Engineer
This client is a global leading software firm going through continued growth and expansion. Based in Kingston upon Thames in Surrey/South West London they have a new requirement for an experienced IT Systems Engineer to provide infrastructure, server, network, user and application support. This will include hands on face-to-face, telephone and remote BAU support as well as project work. To be considered for this position you will be a confident and outgoing individual with previous experience supporting a large enterprise environment. You will have a friendly and dynamic personality who is comfortable dealing with internal staff as well as external customers, and working in a team as well as on their own. Key skills and technologies will include: - Windows Server & Active Directory - Office 365 & Azure - Windows 10 - Virtualisation - either HyperV or VMWare - VoIP, laptops, printers, mobiles & tablets Any further experience with antivirus systems, backup solutions and storage solutions would be highly beneficial but not essential. As an IT Engineer you will be responsible for supporting, configuring, installing, optimisation, backup and troubleshooting across the complete IT infrastructure. This role is paying a salary of up to £39,000 and comes with 25 days holiday (plus 3 extra at Christmas), pension, life assurance, private healthcare, income protection, cycle to work scheme, and various online shopping discounts.
