Page Personnel are recruiting for a number of clients across various sectors and industries.

Description

The key responsibilities for the role of Payroll Adminstrator include:
  • Being responsible for the payment of of either hourly, weekly or monthly payed staff.
  • Collating information regarding the payment of individuals, including timesheets, bonuses, comissions etc.
  • Inputting this information onto computer.
  • Arranging the payment for employees.
  • Calculating tax in accordance to tax tables if the payroll is manual and not automatically worked out.
  • Making payments to Inland Revenue for NI and Tax.
  • Working out and inputting SSP, SMP, SSP etc where necessary.

Profile

The successful candidate for the role of a Payroll Adminstrator will:
  • Have previous experience in either a payroll position or similar role.
  • Understand and be well versed on statutory payments (SSP,SMP,SPP etc).
  • Have strong analytical skills and good attention to detail
  • Have excellent IT skills and familiar with Microsoft programmes such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Have the ability to communicate with others.
