This company has been a brand leader for the past 20 years in Gothic, Heavy Metal and alternative clothing and accessories, with printed t-shirts and girls fitted garments being sold worldwide. They are passionate about their designs and are always looking to improve their service to an ever- expanding clientele. They have a distribution network in 20+ territories and their E-commerce customer base are spread across the globe. Their online presence includes their UK Odoo website, US Shopify website, top marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc), number of affiliates and several direct dispatch customers.

This company has been strong through B2B for decades but wants to now expand their B2C markets giving an exciting opportunity for a passionate and hard-working marketeer to expand an already established brand.

As they are a tight-knit group, you will need to be able to work as part of a team, but also have the ability to self-manage your workload. The job requires taking a great deal of initiative and showing care for the brand, along with displaying an enthusiasm to expand on the brand's popularity and increase customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for:
- Working with the team to create and optimise campaigns for Google and Facebook Marketing along with affiliates program with AWIN
- Extensive data analysis to improve customer experience and optimise sales.
- Manage one-one personalised email automation and identify patterns in customer behaviours and develop conversion journeys.
- Point of contact for any IT related issues faced internally or their clientele.
- Report bugs and issues to the web developers. Working and liaising with them to improve the website experience for their wholesale and mail order customers.

- At least 2 years' experience in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns
- Adobe Creative Suite and Web development knowledge
- Excellent overall computer literacy with some HTML5 and CSS3 knowledge
- Microsoft Office - Intermediate/Advanced in Excel
- Knowledge of Inventory systems and online shopping networks and Data Analysis tools
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks.

Desirable Skills:
- SEO know-how
- Adwords and Facebook advertising tools knowledge
- Shopify platform familiarity
- SQL and Python coding is a plus.

Starting Salary: 30-35k per annum
Working Hours: 10am - 6pm (35 hours a week)
