We're seeking engineers and scientists with a passion for technology and its applications in simulation and training. You'll join and expanding team using modelling, simulation and synthetic environments across a number of domains to deliver real benefit to our customers in the UK and globally.

To be successful we're looking for individuals with engineering, scientific or technical backgrounds, which may include:
• A relevant degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Computing or Mathematics.
• 2-5 years relevant experience in a technical role.

You'll be an innovative self-starter able to show initiative. We're looking for enthusiastic team players who can help develop concepts and solutions to our customers' challenges.

Interest or broad understanding in some of the following areas may be beneficial, but the right candidates will have all the support and professional development opportunities they need to develop subject matter expertise and progress their careers:

• Synthetic environments and associated technologies including Image Generation and visualisation of tactical or geospatial information.
• This may include games engines such as VBS3 or Unity.
• Tactical environment simulation, including Computer Generated Forces (CGF), role-players and component models.
• Distributed simulation utilising standards such as DIS, HLA and DDS or more broadly the DMaSC Modelling and Simulation Standards Profile (DMSP).
• Novel and emerging technologies, including commercial hardware and software and consumer devices, including mixed reality.
• Computer architectures and network design, including virtualisation, IP communication and routing protocols.
• Concepts and principles underpinning Live, Virtual and Constructive systems for Training or Test and Evaluation.
