Location:Midlands & North - Regular Travel Required

Salary:£26,000 to £30,000 per annum plus company car, plus benefits

The Eggfree Cake Box is the UK's largest specialist cake retailer specialising in the production and distribution of high-quality Egg Free cakes across the UK. This is a dynamic and fast-growing business and a fantastic opportunity for the right individual. Due to rapid expansion, an opportunity has arisen for a field based, Regional Manager to join our organisation. This is a key role in the business and offers variety and the opportunity to be part of our continued growth.

General Responsibilities

·To improve standards in all aspects of the operation of Cakebox shops including Product Quality and Hygiene issues.

·To regularly perform quality inspections to maintain standards as required by the Franchise agreement. 1 visit per month is required to assess the standards.

·Minimum 8 x visits per week to be performed and day 5 to be used for Administration. Franchise Manager will accompany RM on a monthly basis.

·Assist in Local Marketing and Promotional campaigns to help create awareness of the brand in the local community

·Monitor staffing levels in each shop and analyse product quality and advise accordingly.

·Perform quality audits and weekly analysis.

·Attend all Franchise conferences assisting the Franchise Manager with data, presentations etc

·Be actively involved in product development for shops and head office.

·Be actively involved in the National Marketing Campaign and develop new opportunities wherever possible. Plan a year of promotional activities to meet seasonal festivities.
