Vision for Education is looking to appoint a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to join our successful support team, to work in a primary school in Leeds. This is a long term position, with the potential of a permanent position for the and the right candidate. The teaching assistant would be required to start as soon as possible and previous experience in similar role is essential. Working as part of a dynamic and creative team, the teaching assistant will focus on delivering small group interventions, whilst also providing general classroom support.

To be considered for the Teaching Assistant position, you will:

• Hold a minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification.

• Have experience of working in a Key Stage 1 environment.

• Be experienced in working with smaller groups to boost attainment.

• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff.

• Ideally have experience delivering and supporting phonics work.
