Your new role
Customer Call and Email Management
Utilising specialist software to record information
Pro-actively identify service threats and take accountability for the recovery and plan and all communications
To assign queries which cannot be answered to designated "res-ponder groups" and expedite a response accordingly
To maintain the Customer Relationship Management Tool
To use appropriate influencing to chase internal teams to ensure customer queries are responded to
To escalate delays or urgent issues to senior management teams across the business
To develop strong relationships with Customers and become the expert on the designated customer
To develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure pro-activity and responsiveness
To collate performance data and validate its authenticity and accuracy
To ensure that operational teams append the accurate reason codes to explain service failures
To publish the tracking and performance data and deal with any queries associated with the detail
To pro actively contact the customer on a regular basis to ensure there are no issues and seek feedback
To attend customer reviews and share performance data
To pro-actively make suggestions on improvements to processes and ways of working as the function establishes

What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking to bring on-board an experienced customer service administrator who has excellent attention to detail, has excellent numerical and data mgt skills and able to audit information and resolve pricing queries. you will need to have excellent voice to voice and written communication skills and able to produce high quality work.
