Product Sales Support Account Manager - Based North London

Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience, free parking and excellent benefits

Due to continued growth, a global company who design, source and supply innovative branded promotional products are now seeking a Product Sales Support Account Manager

To be considered for this role, you will have experience within the branded promotional merchandise industry and worked within a fast paced environment

The purpose of this role is to provide support to the external sales team, but also manage your own accounts whilst calling, generating further enquiries, quoting and securing new orders.

Candidate
  • Proven experience of working within a sales support OR account manager role
  • Ability to think on your own feet and work in a fast paced environment
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a high-performance team
  • Hands on experience with ERP and CRM system
  • Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills and excellent team player
  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented.
  • Ability to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills and contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.

Duties
  • You will generate quotes and visual presentations for the sales team
  • Manage client accounts to get generate orders and grow the territory value
  • Handle incoming enquiries and make pro-active outbound sales calls
  • Occasionally attend client visits with the external sales team
  • Act as a vital connection between the sales and production teams, to ensure order accuracy processing orders quickly
  • Liaise with sales team daily to provide support where required
  • Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
  • Develop positive relationships with clients
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
