Randstad Education Chelmsford is working closely with a Primary School based in the Colchester area, who are looking to add to their Key Stage 1 Class Teaching team. This role is a full time, permanent role, from January 2020.

The school is an average sized Primary School, with a large catchment area. It is an Academy which a member of a large trust of schools, within which there is lots of pooling of resources and sharing of best practice in an effort to raise standards and increase attainment.

The basic duties of the role are as follows:-

*To work effectively with pupils and colleagues in all the ways a Key Stage 1 Teacher would be expected to.
*Regularly monitor and evaluate your own standards of teaching.
*Regularly monitor and evaluate the standards of learning taking place.
*Contribute to school self evaluation where appropriate.
*Plan and implement improvement work to department, Key Stage and school..
*Support colleagues and also challenge them to be the best versions of themselves they can be.
*Be a model of best practice and share this as much as possible.
*Keep up to date with latest developments in education, especially the subject or focus area you may be most involved with.
