What does this post entail?

This is an exciting and unique opportunity for a band 5 physiotherapist with some experience in MSK physiotherapy who is looking for a development opportunity to progress to band 6. The post will start out as a band 5 but once you are able to effectively demonstrate the competencies which we have agreed - the post will automatically be upbanded to band 6.

About you:

We have an exciting opportunity to work within our MSK Physiotherapy in Windsor, Ascot and Maidenhead. We receive a wide variety of referrals from GP surgeries and Orthopaedic clinics, and includes post-operative rehabilitation and some Paediatrics. We offer excellent in-service training, one to one clinical development and regular peer support to all our staff. Every member of the team also receives a comprehensive yearly appraisal to assist in their development. Funding for external courses may also be available, as well as the opportunity to attend in-house courses. We have excellent clinical and administrative teams ranging from Bands 2 - 7 and you will also have access to our Clinical Specialists for mentoring and In Service Training.

The service seeks to maximize accessibility for our patients and staff alike - we support staff to work flexible longer/shorter days to help fit with their work/life balance, whilst offering a variety of appointment times for patients.
