Overall we're focused on four main product markets: Fixed Voice; Mobility; Fibre and connectivity; networked IT services provided over the biggest UK network in both fixed and mobile communications. We also provide network IT services to corporate and public sector organisations in the Republic of Ireland.Our Wholesale business helps communications providers (CPs) and other organisations provide fixed or mobile phone services. Our ventures provide mass-market services like directory enquiries and payphones, and enterprise services including Fleet Solutions and BT Redcare. We also offer specialist enterprise services to our Internet of Things customers.What you'll be doing• To lead a small team of people to be brilliant, delivering against ambitious target and replicating the senior culture for people to thrive and succeed• Inputs heavily into the overall segment roadmap, strategy and MTP and holds team accountable for delivery.• Conduct insight and analysis to develop propositions which will create the competitive differentiation in the UK B2B market for BT• To lead the development of differentiated propositions to the target markets based on the insights and requirements with defined benefits, costs and value to BT Enterprise• Accountable for developing the propositions bringing in relevant functions/roles required• Ensure key stakeholders are engaged and the voice of the customer and segment requirements are understood• Develops Go To Market Plan for the proposition. Creates the GTM brief and collateral input into marketing and sales• Manage in-life the proposition ensuring it is still fit for the market and customer needs. Develop changes or recommend withdrawal of the propositionWe'll also need to see these on your CV• Collaborative and highly trusting of their colleagues; is able to clearly explain what they want and is skilled and holding people to account• Ability to deliver through others. Lead, influence, develop, drive and motivate propositions at both a tactical and strategic level• It is desirable but not necessary that you will have sales and marketing experience, having:o Delivered proposition roadmaps relating to solutions o Defined/ delivered compelling tactical propositions o Managed products / services propositions to meet varied customer requirementso Managed high performing teams and or Virtual teams.• You will have exceptional stakeholder management experience, having:o Managed senior level stakeholders o Managed balance of internal team and supporting team relations o Demonstrated ability to exert influence to ensure vision is delivered • Ability to assess, define and translate market needs into impactful action.
