Job - Senior Account Manager

Location - Manchester

Salary: D.O.E + Bonus


Working with international packaging manufacturers who are looking to recruit at all levels over the next few months. Whether you are working within, labels, plastics, films, foils, tubes, glass, cartons, corrugated etc. We want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize sales and profitability through developing existing accounts.
  • Maximize sales through prospecting, securing and developing new accounts.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to Packaging Consultants.
  • Develop national market and product campaigns. Prospect major end users.
  • Lead Branch metrics.
  • Leverage the full value of products and service divisions.

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline looked favorably upon.
  • 5+ years demonstrated success in a consultative sales role with profitable growth, year over year.
  • Highly customer focused; self-motivated with the ability to work with complex sales transactions in terms of both depth and breadth.
  • Strong business and financial acumen; demonstrates subject matter expertise of within the packaging business, products, services, customers, and suppliers.
  • Must maintain a strict sense of confidentiality and loyalty.
  • Must possess a strong work ethic; positive, can-do attitude; team-spirited; flexible; and strong service orientation.
  • Be creative, an initiator, a self-starter, proactive.
  • Be resourceful, detail-oriented, and analytical.
  • Excellent problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including written, verbal, and active listening.
  • An exceptional level of motivation, desire, and competitiveness.
  • Operates with a high sense of urgency; demonstrates strong time management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow up.
  • Technologically savvy.
  • Ability to travel.
