Description

The key responsibilities for the role of the Sales Ledger include:
  • Inputting invoice details onto the accounts system.
  • Ensuring prices for goods/services are correct.
  • Raising invoices for goods and services.
  • Dispatching monthly statements to customers.
  • Raising and dispatching credit notes.
  • Liaising with credit control regarding customer queries.

Profile

The successful candidate for the role of the Sales Ledger will:
  • Have previous experience in a similar Ledger role.
  • Be familiar with the systems used by purchase and sales ledgers.
  • Have experience coding invoices.
  • Be familiar with and experienced using Microsoft programmes such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Have good communication skills and able to work alongside a team.
  • Have good attention to detail.
