Tezlom are looking to recruit Support Workers in the Southport and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for experienced Support Workers wanting either full time flexible work or just 1 - 2 shifts a week.

Weekly pay for Support Workers is £8.21 - £10 paid via PAYE and we do not charge for payroll, if you have a Limited Company there is an increase.

We Require:
  • 6 months UK paid experience in the role of Support Worker within the last 5 years
  • Proof of right to work in the UK
  • Experience working within a challenging environment and willingness to learn pro-active approaches for managing violence and aggression

About the service:

As a Tezlom Learning Disability Support Worker you will be working within a supported living setting offering care and support to individuals who have mild, moderate and severe autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex learning needs. The main responsibilities as learning disability support worker are to assist providing an emotionally secure, consistent, warm, supportive and caring environment for individuals and to encourage their social, physical, emotional, intellectual and moral development so that they may realise their own potential.
