To ensure delivery of applicable HRSS scope of service against defined service measures.

To provide Payroll Administrative support for all Payroll processes where someone is joining, amending or leaving the business.

Description
  • Administer end-to-end payroll processing through Oracle R12 and off-system
  • Payroll transactions and queries
  • Process weekly and monthly payrolls
  • Contribute to the effective working of the Payroll Administration Team to ensure seamless service line delivery
  • Managing workflow via the ServiceNow
  • Regularly communicate with our customers to support partnership working
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of services
  • Contributes to the effective working of Employee Services teams to ensure seamless service line delivery
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engage with wider Employee Services initiatives

Profile
  • Excellent administration experience - ideally within a Shared Service Centre
  • Excellent knowledge of HR, payroll and Working Rule Agreements processes including Balfour Beatty terms and conditions.
  • Communicates well both verbally and in writing
  • Flexible approach to work and is a team player with a track record of successfully prioritising work and managing time effectively
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Records information accurately
