CRM Analyst

You will join us as a CRM Analyst who can demonstrate a good level of previous experience of analysing customer and or operational data.

CRM Analyst Responsibilities:

You will be able to make judgements and recommendations based on your findings and you will be used to working with reports and using these and your influencing skills to inform the thinking and decisions of key stakeholders.

CRM Analyst Requirements:

- Good working knowledge of Office tools, particularly Excel, at intermediate level.
- Prior experience of analysing customer and / or operational data; devising and issuing reports.
- Interpreting and presenting data for colleagues to inform decision-making.
- Devising and issuing reports on customer and / or operational data.
- Making judgements and recommendations about what data is showing.
- Influencing colleagues and stakeholders through reports and direct engagement to influence their thinking and decision-making.

Salary: £31,695 per annum (£34,928 Croydon)
