Aspects of the role include:Providing inspirational leadership. You will be leading our teams of retail and clinical professionals to come together to deliver outstanding store performance.Driving commercial success. You will take ownership, drive business profitability and rise to the challenge of finding new and exciting ways to achieve commercial success through a "my business" mentality and our enhanced services offering.Collaborating. Whether its members of your team, other managers or your own professional network, you will partner with those around you to achieve your goals.Delivering incredible customer care. You will know that our customers are the most important part of our business and be fanatical about making their experience the absolute best it can be to create lifelong customer loyalty.Developing and investing in your team. You will be creating a culture in your store that brings out the best in people, and you will be passionate about developing a diverse team and enabling them to take their career where they want to go.Bring style to your work.
