Your new company My client are an internationally renowned manufacturing business with sites across the UK. Due to a period of leave, they are looking for an experienced Administrator to join them for a period of about 6-8 weeks.

Your new role Working alongside both the finance and supply chain teams, you will act as the pivot between the two areas, processing and booking in orders , liaising with the supply chain team to update customers and resolve queries. Timely transfer of invoices through EDI, ensure prompt delivery of stock, manual processing of orders.

What you'll need to succeed I am looking for someone who has experience of working with EDI, A background of working in a supply chain or manufacturing environment would also be useful. Good knowledge of IT and a professional telephone manner will be of importance as will strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, good knowledge of Excel and ideally some ERP system experience.

What you'll get in return Training will be given on internal systems. The site is conveniently located in an out of town location with free on site parking.
