We are working with a growing business to source a Payroll Officer. Working for a large company and working as part of a small team you will be responsible for administrating the UK Payroll - this is not a role where you will be heavily involved in the processing as they have a third party supplier for this.

Duties as a Payroll Officer will include;
  • Overseeing the managed relationship between the company and payroll bureau
  • Provide an efficient service to contractors and payroll
  • Continually reach for improvement
  • Dealing with Benefits and payroll administration
  • Financial reconciliations
  • Salary and headcount analysis

To be successful;
  • Previous payroll experience ideally liaising with a third party/bureau
  • You will need to be flexible, inquisitive, research driven and able to work to deadlines
  • Great customer service and problem solving skills
