Our client is an extremely well regarded Cambridge based organisation who are offering a rare opportunity to gain experience of working with a large IT support team. This role would either suit a candidate with strong customer service experience, who is looking to develop this further in the technology sector, or someone who is looking to build upon their existing IT support experience.

The duties of the role will include;

Stock management - unpacking stock and taking to cages in basement using good in lift

Performing IT tasks in support capacity (example installing 2nd monitors on customers desk, keyboards, mice, peripherals)

Depending on capability can get involved in more complex IT requests

The position will be working 36.5 hours per week, on a shift basis, with the earliest shift starting at 7am and the latest shift finishing at 7pm. There will be some weekend work, approximately 1 weekend in 3, with time off in lieu.
