Page Personnel are currently recruiting for a Analytical minded candidate looking for a role that interacts with customers and stakeholders.

My Client are a well known wellness brand based on the outskirts of Barnsley, interest in the health and wellness industry would be an advantage.


The Operations Analyst will work across all the commercial teams (customer care, supply chain & quality and customer success, premier accounts and sales) on a variety of processes ensuring effectiveness and efficiency. This person will report to Sales Operation & Strategy Manager and play a critical role as we grow and transform our service and sales operations over the coming years.

  • Ensuring the commercial team operations are running as well as they possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers
  • Continuously looking for ways to improve processes and share best practices with other managers across the commercial team
  • Creating and implementing an operations case escalation process with a tier level support system across the organisation. Oversee internal support issues and provide front line support to the agents to resolve issues quickly or develop a feedback loop to solve more long term issues
  • Conducting interviews with business stakeholders and facilitate working sessions to gather and document business requirements for systems/process implementations, reporting, and data analytic
  • Generating dashboards and reports and analyse performance against KPIs and metrics
  • Building and reviewing performance reports to provide updates and improvement ideas to in-flight processes / campaigns
  • Providing feedback to process owners with root cause analysis and suggested solutions
  • Ensuring processes and policies are documented and documentation is kept up to date
  • Creating training and on boarding material for system and delivering training and support to the agents on new features
  • Managing data flows for the sales teams to ensure all campaigns are fully supported with appropriate leads
  • Supporting on Salesforce management and leveraging it to enhance performance and productivity
  • Supporting the commercial team managers in providing accurate data for smart and analytical based decision making
  • Forecasting: Unit Forecasting/Key Account Forecasting/ Sales Forecasting


The ideal candidate will be data-driven and analytically-minded to all discussions and problems. Versatility and flexibility will be a key trait given the range of projects and teams this role touches.

Ultimately, you will make sure processes and reports are implemented effectively to enable all commercial teams to successfully carry out their roles and drive improvements for our teams and our customers.

Strong Excel skills are needed for this role
