The role will be joining our well-established Marketing team at a time we are expanding and busy creating a new internal creative studio.
As our Digital Marketing Manager you will ensure integration and optimisation across all digital activities and platforms. This role brings specialist knowledge in the areas of SEO, email marketing and digital advertising to ensure that maximum value is obtained from all areas of the digital marketing eco-system.
This is a rare yet exciting opportunity to develop our digital marketing strategy based on the overall marketing plan and will oversee and measure the effectiveness of all digital advertising delivered by the marketing team.
You will be working with our appointed agencies to deliver an effective SEO strategy and plan to help inform the content calendar, as well as own the integration of all digital activities across platforms.
Other responsibilities will include:
• Consult to all areas of marketing specifically the Content Manager and the Web Dev teams to optimise all assets for SEO purposes
• Deliver and measure the effectiveness of the email activities
• Drive and consult on the segmentation of the various audience databases to be able to personalise and optimise content and frequency strategy for email
• Constantly review the web content and performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation
• Measure and report performance and ROI for all digital marketing activities
We are looking for someone who is analytical and detail orientated, has experience of project management and planning and has a strong commercial appreciation.
You must be degree qualified in marketing, have experience of managing digital marketing activities incl. PPC, SEO, Display, email and content and worked with web analytics tools and content management systems.
Technical skills such as html and coding would be advantageous.
