Regional Marketing Manager - North Region

£30k to £35k Company Incentive Scheme + Band B car

Flexible location and hours of working but must be resident within Region

Reports to: Communications Manager

The main responsibilities of the Regional Campaign Executive are to design and manage the day-to-day delivery, control and effectiveness of tailored external and internal communications for Scanias [insert location] region. To safeguard and develop the Scania brand and ensure the relevancy and consistency of all messages to key target audiences. The role controls the delivery of all regional marcomms activities for the whole business; covering all aspects and products of Sales and Services divisions, the UK's 'Driving the Shift' Sustainability agenda and reinforcing Internal Employer Brand messaging.

The role is specifically responsible for delivery of the Marketing 360° process; commissioning and collating all insight required to enable the targeting of campaigns to specific customer groups; the expert fulfilment of the campaigns themselves; and the briefing and monitoring of the follow-up resource to complete the project. Ultimately, the role will have operational ownership of the whole campaign process by analyzing and presenting the effectiveness of their activities through key data metrics, budget management and their campaign's contribution to the specific business plan objectives for the region.

Candidate requirements

- proven intergrated multi-channel marcomms experience
- flexibility in delivering projects/events to tight deadlines
