Day to day, you'll take responsibility for the managing the team and overseeing their GPU design work.The team is responsible for a wide range of GPU related tasks across a number of subsystems, including contributing towards defining product requirements, hardware specification, RTL design in VHDL and System Verilog, functional verification and debugging tasks, ensuring the designs meet their performance and power targets as well as synthesis and timing analysisYou will:Manage the team leaders to effectively plan and execute their workBe responsible for setting technical directionResolve or escalate issues as appropriateLead recruitment within the teamPlan for career development and training and ensure all team members are able to contribute to projects in the most effective wayEnsure that the departments processes and methodologies are used effectively and contribute towards improving them for the future.Abilities make possibilities Committed to making your customers, stakeholders and colleagues successful, you're an excellent communicator, listener and collaborator who builds trusted partnerships by delivering what you say, when you say.
