Established in 1993 as a traditional printing business, AlphaGraphics are now one of the largest print and marketing services businesses in the North of England with around 100 employees working across 3 sites in Stockton, Newcastle-upon-Tyne and Nottingham.

We create highly personalised award-winning multi-channel marketing campaigns as well as printed work in most formats which is often data driven. We're a fast moving, highly innovative business that incorporates creative design, digital development, digital, litho and large format print as well as in-house mailing facilities.


We're looking for a highly-motivated Marketing Executive who has at least 2-3 years' experience in a marketing role and is ready for the next career move into marketing management.

You will be responsible for managing the marketing of the AlphaGraphics business both inbound and outbound in the UK as well as supporting our market directors in researching, developing and building campaigns for our clients.

You will need to be confident at writing proposals, scoping projects, planning and budgeting.

Essential Skills

A very good understanding and hands on experience of the latest digital marketing trends

Ability to analyse data and spot trends

Have developed and deployed campaigns which resulted in significant return on investment

Experience of paid social deployment

Writing and editing blog content and articles

Writing and managing financially a detailed marketing plan

Producing presentations and pitch documents to support our business development team


A marketing degree or professional marketing qualification is essential.

Location and Reporting

The position offered is based at our Head Office in Stockton or our Newcastle office close to the Central Station. The role will report to our Business Development Director.


The salary for this role is dependent on experience.
