Registered Nurse Opportunities: An opportunity has arisen for Full/Part time Band 5 Registered /RMN Nurses to join the Nursing team on Trefynwy Ward, Monnow Vale, Monmouth. We are a dynamic community ward, caring for frail patients with multiple needs, while planning complex discharges. We care for our patients 7 days a week, 24 hours a day so you will need to have a flexible approach to take part in a full shift system, either a 12 hour or a three shift system including nights and weekend working. Day to day medical intervention is provided by the local GPs'. We are committed to exploring innovative ways of working to enhance patient experience.
